Process & Procedure
Our process and procedures are made very simple. Upon receiving the information of a claim or a damaged caravan we make arrangements to carry out a full assessment at a time that suits the customer.
We then provide a full portfolio of damages, repairs, costing, photos and time scale to the insurance company. We then await their decision.
Once repairs or disposal is approved we then liaison with the customer and carry out our procedures. Collections and disposals of salvage caravans that have been assessed as uneconomical to repair will be disposed of correctly, all disposal caravans are issued with the correct paperwork.
Stolen recovered caravans again are collected and assessed along with other categorised caravans. We pay above-the-average valuation costs for salvage caravans.
We DO NOT export damaged caravans, once a damaged caravan enters our facilities that is where it will be disposed of correctly and efficiently.
